1. Who we are
This website and the Curacao Professional Baseball membership are operated by JM Guru - CPB ("we", "us", "the seller"). By using this website or purchasing a membership, you enter into an agreement with JM Guru - CPB.
2. Acceptance of terms
By continuing to use this website and our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.
3. The service
Curacao Professional Baseball provides news, standings, and a paid digital membership that unlocks exclusive behind-the-scenes articles, interviews, early ticket access notifications, and a members newsletter. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content included in your membership for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Memberships renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. This includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property rights, interfering with the security or operation of the service (including malware, probing, or scraping), and reselling or redistributing members-only content.
7. Intellectual property
JM Guru - CPB retains all ownership of the website, its content, branding, and materials. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
8. Service availability
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where required by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. When your membership ends, your access to members-only content ends with it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Curaçao.
